General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all services and treatments offered by natural-face.ch. They apply to all clients who make use of our services or book appointments via our website. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and Medical Responsibility

All treatments are performed according to current standards of aesthetic medicine and with professional diligence.
Medical responsibility lies with Dr. Robert van der Kruijssen or a suitably qualified representative.
Prior to each treatment, a personal consultation is conducted, including information about risks, alternatives, and costs.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or on-site.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment fee.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may be adjusted without prior notice.
The final price is determined by the actual services provided.
Payment is due immediately after treatment and may be made in cash, by card, or via TWINT.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments may cause individual reactions.
No guarantee is given for treatment outcomes that deviate due to personal anatomical conditions, lifestyle, or unforeseen reactions.
Any claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (DSG).
Medical information is treated strictly confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or explicitly approved by the client.

7. Vouchers & Promotions

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional offers may be time-limited and cannot be combined with other discounts.

8. Product Sales

Medical skincare products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.



9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes, insofar as legally permissible, is Zug, Switzerland.
